1、 Overview

Insert the electrode rod into the water surface of the electrode tank, turn on the power, and use the movement of ions in the water to heat the water to boiling. The amount of water vapor generated (humidification) is determined by the water level in the electrode tank, that is, the depth or area of the electrode rod inserted into the water. The steam spray rod is evenly distributed in the air conditioning box or duct, and is absorbed by the air to achieve humidification.

3、 OEM electrode humidifierWorking principle

The conductivity of tap water generally ranges from 125 to 1250 µ s/cm, containing trace amounts of conductive ions such as calcium and magnesium ions. Water is a conductive liquid. When water enters the electrode humidification tank, the water level gradually rises until it exceeds the electrodes inside the humidification tank. The electrodes will form an electrical circuit through the water and heat it to boiling, producing clean steam.OEM electrode humidifierIt controls the output of steam by adjusting the water level and conductivity in the humidification tank.

After the water contacts the electrode, the electrode forms an electric current circuit through the water, heating and boiling the water. The higher the water level rises, the greater the current flowing through the electrode. When the water level rises, the computer controller will detect this signal through the high water level detection electrode and close the inlet valve.

With the continuous output of steam, the water level in the electrode tank gradually decreases. At this time, the computer controller will open the inlet valve again to supply new water to the electrode tank to meet the required humidification requirements.

5. Distilled water, softened water or deionized water shall be used instead of pure water. When softened water is used, the sodium ion concentration shall not be too high, otherwise foam will easily occur, affecting the control accuracy of water level and humidification amount.
